As the campaign Admin, you can change the participant goal for a fundraiser.
How to change a participant goal:
From your fundraiser dashboard go to 'Edit Fundraiser'
Click on the 'Participants tab'
Search for the participant you would like to change
Click on the three-dot to 'Edit' participant
Scroll down and you will find the 'Participant goal' field
Enter the value you wish
Click on 'Update' to save your changes
